His expertise lies in bringing together the many moving parts required to create successful commercial ecosystems. By aligning programming, hospitality, operations, partnerships, sponsorships, premium experiences, marketing, and community engagement, Jeff has consistently transformed venues and destinations into thriving businesses that drive revenue, strengthen brands, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Jeff’s career began in Los Angeles, where he developed a deep understanding of hospitality, guest experience, and brand culture while working within some of the city’s most influential restaurant, nightlife, and entertainment concepts. Those early experiences established the foundation for a leadership philosophy that continues to guide his work today: great businesses are built by creating memorable experiences, cultivating strong cultures, and aligning every aspect of the customer journey around a common vision.

His success in Los Angeles led to Las Vegas, where he joined The Light Group and served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing a portfolio of hospitality, nightlife, and entertainment venues across MGM Resorts International properties including Aria, Bellagio, Mirage, and Mandalay Bay. Managing a portfolio generating more than $150 million annually, Jeff helped shape one of the most successful integrated hospitality and entertainment platforms in the industry.

In 2013, Jeff launched his own advisory practice, leading the development, launch, and operational strategy of hospitality and entertainment projects throughout North America. His work included Beacher’s Madhouse at MGM Grand, Lex Nightclub & Pool at Grand Sierra Resort, and Toronto’s acclaimed Kasa Moto Restaurant, Lounge, and Private Members Club. These projects required a unique combination of concept development, design and construction oversight, operational planning, entertainment programming, marketing strategy, and revenue optimization.

Jeff’s entrepreneurial success led to his recruitment by Meruelo Group, where he ultimately became President of Meruelo Entertainment. There, he built and led a fully integrated entertainment division encompassing live entertainment, nightlife & daylife, venue operations, sponsorships, partnerships, marketing, ticketing relationships, and special events across multiple resort properties. Under his leadership, the division produced more than 100+ events annually while becoming a significant driver of revenue, visitation, and brand engagement.

Jeff later joined Legends Hospitality, partnering with professional sports organizations and premiere universities including Real Madrid, the San Antonio Spurs, Florida State University, and the University of Maryland. His focus was the development of premium hospitality experiences, membership clubs, and commercial strategies designed to unlock new revenue streams, deepen fan engagement, and maximize the value of existing assets.

Today, Jeff serves as Head of Heron Sports & Entertainment for Inter Miami CF, where he oversees the strategic growth and activation of a rapidly expanding sports and entertainment platform. His responsibilities span sporting events, concerts, entertainment programming, hospitality experiences, partnerships, corporate events, cultural programming, and community engagement across multiple venues and assets, including Inter Miami CF Stadium in FOrt Lauderdale and Nu Stadium at Miami freedom park.

Across every chapter of his career—from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to Miami—Jeff has remained focused on a single objective: creating integrated ecosystems where sports, entertainment, hospitality, culture, and community work together to maximize revenue, elevate guest experiences, protect brand equity, and create long-term enterprise value.
